Ron's Bio
After 40 plus years in the construction business of building new homes or remodeling older homes and 10 years of teaching 11th and 12th grade students the processes of building a home for Prosser School Of Technology. Ron Gurgol, owner of Checked Right Home Inspections opened his inspection business in 2010 to help clients make a better decision on purchasing a home. Ron Gurgol has done all aspects of the construction processes. Ron Gurgol will look at these processes when doing your home inspection and any major deficiencies will be on your report. Manufactured Home Foundation Certifications
If you are selling or buying a manufactured home, then most likely a foundation certification will be required. For all FHA and VA loans, an engineer's foundation certification is required that states that the home is placed on a permanent foundation that complies with the "HUD Permanent Foundation Guide for Manufactured Homes", dated 1996 by the US Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD).
