Time is a precious commodity, and with Checked Right Home Inspections paperless report system, you will get your home inspection results quickly and conveniently. You will receive your report the evening of the inspection appointment.

Checked Right Home Inspections understands that privacy and discretion are important. The inspection report is completely confidential. This permits you to choose who views your personal report.

My reports are very specific for the age of the home being inspected. My reports are a narrative style. This type of writing a report is known in the industry as a professional recommended style that pertains to the existing conditions of the house. A check off style report is confusing and often times can be misleading due to the confusion.

The photography service allows you a greater understanding by actually showing any problems on your report. Some pictures may be informational and of a general view, to help you understand where I have been, what was looked at, and the condition of the item or area at the time of the inspection. Not all problem areas or conditions will be supported with photos.

My Standard Inspection is what some other companies call Premium, 5 Star, 4 Star, etc. There are additional individual inspections like Termite (Wood Destroying Insects), Mold (This is an Air Quality Test for high levels of mold spores), Radon Measurement (Radon Gas), and Septic Dye Test. These are the four major tests that most Clients ask for. Others are Lead Paint, Asbestos, and Water Quality for Wells, etc.

Another Inspection is a Pre Home Inspection. This is where you have an Inspection before putting the home on the market. After the Inspection you will know which major items to have repaired before listing the home. This will save you from being delayed by any unseen major deficiencies and after the repair it usually puts more money in your pocket. This inspection often called a Certified Pre Home Inspection is good for 1 year from the date of the inspection. This helps to sell your home as long as the Major Deficiencies have been repaired.

I do not post a sample report because all inspections are different. There is no one house the same and your report will be based on my findings of your home. Anyone can make a good looking report for marketing purposes and I do not want to mislead anyone. I can GUARANTEE that you will have pictures of all major issues and you will learn what you can do to better your home all in one price of thorough Home Inspection at a reasonable price!

Do not listen to some companies that say "I wouldn't hire someone at that price" or "You get what you pay for" to scare you to hiring them at a higher price. Some people have a lower overhead and may have another income coming in.
