My report is not intended to be a "check list" of items that need repair or general maintenance, it is designed to identify material defects or deficiencies according to the age of construction that would have an adverse impact on the value of the real-property, or that involve an unreasonable risk to people on the property.

The Inspection will be a thorough, in-depth visual examination of the structure and operating systems and components of the home. The Inspection may take up to 3 hours (on site) depending on the size and condition of the home. Upon completion of the Inspection, you will receive a full computerized Inspection Report with pictures of the defected areas. I will review your Inspection Report and consult with you on any concerns or questions you may have.
